Alchemist**

This very different dining venue offer a surprisingly, perfectly orchestrated dining experience. The menu is divided into 5 acts, consisting of up to 50 tastings, served at various locations of the venue, including also a spectacular dome. You are surrounded by art, theatre, sound and light whilst dining.
The ambitious Alchemist seeks to redefine dining based on holistic principles and to and broaden our understanding of the concept of dining. Dishes are technically complex and highly creative with dramatic contrasts; making a statement about issues such as overcrowding in chicken farms, plastic pollution in the oceans and other challenges that we all have to think about.

Kadeau
This beautiful restaurant offers a memorable, multi-course dining experience; the chefs are on display in the open kitchen and service is serene and well-paced. The owner hails from the island of Bornholm and he and his team are passionate about the island’s high quality ingredients, which are dried, cured, preserved, smoked and pickled to maximum effect in complex, skilfully crafted dishes.
Kong Hans
This restaurant was the first in Denmark to be awarded a star in 1983. The elegant restaurant is located in a beautiful vaulted cellar and it’s intimate, whitewashed interior has beautiful parquet floors, large linen-laid tables and a beautiful historic feel. The luxurious ingredients and rich flavours are rooted in French cuisine added with the chef Mark Lundgaard’s own imaginative marks on the highly accomplished dishes.
Henne Kirkeby Kro
This beautiful Inn is located in the Jutland countryside, surrounded by beautiful nature, about 3 km from the North Sea Beach and close to Blaabjerg Plantation, which has the largest sand hill forest in Denmark. The 18th century thatched inn has a contrastingly modern interior, also offering stylish bedrooms, which makes it a perfect choice for a gastro getaway.
Fresh, high-quality products from the 4.000 square meter kitchen garden and from the inn’s own livestock are used in the kitchen. The cooking style is based on the classic principles, but comes with a clear subtle modernity; the dishes are original, perfectly balanced and technically accomplished.
Jordnær (“Down to earth”)
This restaurant is located in the small city of Gentofte, 10km from Copenhagen.
The ingredients are foraged by the talented chef, Eric Kragh Vildgaard, whose beautifully crafted, minimalistic plates of food have subtle, harmonious flavours. He has three years of experience from Noma.
AOC
AOC is a very elegant small restaurant. The interior decor is simple, clean and personal, with uncomplicated table settings, soft rugs on the floor and unobtrusive art covering the walls.
The aim of restaurant is to give the guests the ultimate sensory experience, through stimulating as many senses as possible – sight, smell, sound and taste.
The cuisine is based on Nordic produce, and the focus of chef Søren Selin is on the pure taste.
